The Officers and Trustees are elected at the Annual General Meeting to develop the charity’s strategy, plans, policies and processes (including reporting and other documentation), all of which is managed through a monthly board meeting. This is further supported by building relationships with stakeholders whilst overseeing all areas of trustee and working group performance including recruitment and retention of all categories of membership.
